Returns

1 year warranty on all Hardware.

30 Day money back guarantee on all hardware

(All returned hardware will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Original item packaging is required for refund.)

To complete your return, simply mail back the hardware along with it’s original packaging and your customer name and billing address to 867 E. Klosterman Rd. Tarpon Springs, FL. 34689.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 day. Service refunds only apply to 3 month 6 month and 1 year plans and will be pro rated. In order to receive a refund on a 1 month plan you must cancel withing 24hrs. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
